with Digital Transformation
Time: 16:30 – 17:00 BST | Date: October 23, 2018 | Presented by: Tom Elliottt
It’s time for HR to join the conversation about technology.
HR has often taken the backseat in conversations about technology, using tools that are disjointed from each other as well as from the wider organisation. Processes are commonly manual, run on spreadsheets and difficult to keep up to date. Cue digital transformation.
Digital transformation is all about more agile ways of working, unifying systems and accessing information anywhere, anytime on any device. With this, HR has been confronted with an array of digital tools to enhance the way they work. Increasingly, HR has had an opportunity to join the conversation about technology – so what’s holding them back?
In this webinar presented by Tom Elliott, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent consultant, we will discuss the current state of HR in the digital transformation story, what problems the new technologies available really solve, and how to overcome the hurdles associated with moving to a more agile form of Human Capital Management. We will also briefly touch on the importance of an HR tool which integrates with other key aspects of organisations such as payroll, finance and operations.
This is an interactive session and discussion throughout the webinar is encouraged by participants. There will also be an opportunity for Questions & Answers at the end of the presentation. This webinar is an introduction to a series around Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent, focused on the role specific needs of HR and HCM.
